Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.).

You will receive your refund within two weeks of delivering your package to the return sender, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please write to service@gistitalia.it. You will receive a response as soon as possible on how to return it and receive your refund as soon as possible.

Shipping

We offer free shipping to the Italian market for orders over €50. Shipments to Italy are delivered within 2/3 working days from the time of order.

For shipments to European Union countries, delivery times are 5/7 days. For all orders outside the EU, please contact us at export@gistitalia.it to get an estimate of shipping costs and times.

During holidays, such as Christmas or Easter, shipping date estimates may vary.
